If you are looking for a custom piece of furniture and are having a hard time finding it, then "Best Cabinets & Furniture" may be able to help. "Best" is located at 1500 W. Cortland St. in Chicago and custom designs and builds furniture to your exact specifications. You can even come visit your piece as it progresses from design to construction. The company produces high end products at "fair" prices. "Best" manufacturers everything out of their Chicago Manufacturing Faciliy. Each piece of custom furniture is "HandMade" by one of our professional "Furniture Makers". Our products are made to order one at a time right here in Chicago. We use old world craftmanship for new world designs. The 15 select pieces of custom furniture where designed by local Chicago Furniture Designers and are very unique. You will not find like pieces anywhere!
The following pieces have been released in "Best's" new furniture line: Custom Dining Table, Custom Dining Chair, Custom Executive Desk, Custom Executive Chair, Custom Media Center, Custom Couch, Custom Sofa Table, Custom Cocktail Table, Custom Armoire, Custom Dresser, Custom Bed. Custom Hope Chest, Cstom Nite Stand.
These pieces have excellent craftmanship and are made mostly of solid hardwood. They are currently being offered in four different wood species: Maple, Cherry, Quarter Sawn Oak, and Walnut. Also, "Best" offers a custom color match service so you can actually bring in a sample from another piece of furniture and they can match it. The quality of these pieces are similar to what you would find in the "Merchandise Mart", they would compare to a "Thomas Moser" or "Stickley" Custom Furniture Piece. But yet they are your local source for Fine Custom Furniture.
Each piece is made with Pride in the USA and will be initialed by the "Furniture Maker" and also numbered for how many like pieces have been constructed.
The four most popular pieces are the "Wood and Leather Sofa", the "Contemporary Media Center", the "Custom Walnut Dining Table", the the "Custom Executive Desk". These pieces are selling fast and have been hot ever since their Product Release earlier this year at the KBIS 2008 at McCormick Place. These pieces are collector grade fine pieces of furniture and because of the up and coming "designers" that have designed the pieces could very well appreciate in value over time. They are actual works of art!
